Being humble in my successes, appreciative of my opportunities and grateful that I am able to help those who are less fortunate, especially the children drives me. Every one of our proprietary projects provides for a certain portion of the ROI(return on investment) to go directly back to the less fortunate children of the community we are doing business in. We are also engaging the use of LEED Certification, energy efficient and alternative energy solutions. Financially prudent Real Estate developments that are philanthropically oriented, environmentally responsible and creating jobs. Everyone wins.

Mr. Citarelli is a successful, former finance/ economics executive of 14 years and possesses over 20 years of real estate investment experience. In the past 8 years Mr. Citarelli has forged a multi award winning design/build organization. Citron Holdings, LLC, his RE acquisition & development firm continues to receive accolades and awe.

Mr. Citarelli is also the president/Owner of First Hampton International Realty. FHIR is a full service concierge style, boutique firm that offers a perfect blend of traditional RE services couple with a personalized flare that is unrivaled in the industry and replete with the most cutting technology available.

The finance, economic, psychology degrees along with an insatiable work ethic, street smarts and strict adherence to disciplines continue to add to his successes.

Mr. Citarelli has recently been awarded a congressional award for his international business dealings which are specifically tied to helping the less fortunate children and the communities where he is active.
